SCHOLARSHIP
As our organization was founded by seven educators, members of Sigma Gamma Rho Sorority, Inc. pride themselves on high scholastic achievements and the advancement of education in the community. Zeta Theta encourages their members and other students in the community to soar high and maintain academic excellence. Here we will highlight the academic achievements of the ladies of Zeta Theta, as well as provide information regarding local, regional and national scholarships available to members and/or the public.

2024 Beta Epsilon Sigma Undergraduate Chapter Scholarship
Application Deadline: Application deadline extended to Friday, March 1, 2024 @ 11:59pm.
Scholarship Purpose
The scholarship has been established by the Beta Epsilon Sigma Chapter of Sigma Gamma Rho Sorority, Inc. to recognize and support outstanding college students who are pursuing an undergraduate degree. The program provides $500.00 scholarships to students to help assist with college expenses.
Note: If selected, funds will be released to the student no later than August 30th once all requirements have been fulfilled.
Applicant Eligibility Criteria

Must be currently enrolled at an accredited U.S. based college or university at the time of application.

Minimum 3.0 GPA at the time of application

Be a member of an undergraduate chapter advised by Beta Epsilon Sigma or a member of Beta Epsilon Sigma chapter.
Applicant Requirements
Eligible students must submit a complete application and attach all of the required documentation or the application will not be reviewed.

2 letters of recommendation are required. The letters of recommendation may come from a teacher, guidance counselor, college advisor, employer, mentor associated with the applicant's work or voluntary work. Recommendations should verify community service. Letters from relatives will not be accepted.
